The Training of Trainers (TOT) for local staff of our organization was held at Nyariata Agriculture School from November 5th to 9th, 2018. 
The contents are income generation activities in each region, communication skills,attitude as a trainer, How to create training materials,Guidance on training management methods and etc. It is a comprehensive inclusion of the necessary elements as a responsible organization
